Schedule Changes

Psoas Release Workshop    
Our Amazing Psoas & Techniques to Help with its Release
Saturday, January 24th


 
At our very core, bridging the upper & lower body, 

live the Psoas (so-as) muscles.

 

The Psoas is our core muscle and an integral aspect of a centered and functional body. As a major contributor in back pain, knee injuries and tight hip sockets, it is often the exhausted psoas that disrupts range of motion, digestion, sleep, posture, flexibility, immune, adrenal, bladder and hormonal function. 

 

In this workshop we will dive deep to explore and awaken the Psoas. Students will come away with an understanding of the Psoas, including its functions and relationship to the mind and other areas of the body. Students will experience postures targeted to releasing the Psoas helping to improve overall health.

 

Appropriate for all levels of students.

 

When: Saturday, January 24th

 

Time: 1:00 pm - 3:15 pm

The yoga room will be warm to facilitate stretching but will not be hot.

modified poses. Now, I am back in the hot and

enjoying the peace and release of the workouts. I

Yoga Foundations
Saturdays @ 12:30


This class delves into the fundamentals of the yoga asanas (postures) and pranayama (breath work). 

 

Teachers and assistants provide detailed instruction with a focus on alignment principles and offer individual assistance to help you truly begin  "as you are" and safely progress on your yoga path. 

 

Different postures are studied each week creating a unique and comprehensive experience each time you attend.

 

The yoga room will be warm but will not be hot.


Note: Students should have taken 3 - 5 Hot Yoga classes before attending Yoga Foundations.
