McCrone Project is a University Cornerstone

Sea Gull Square redevelopment, Salisbury Universtiy.

Sea Gull Square is the largest residence hall on Salisbury University's campus, and an icon along the Route 13 Corridor, vastly changing the skyline of Salisbury.

This $50 million, premier 230,000 square foot mixed-use facility was a redevelopment project that profoundly "breathed new life" to the area where an old 1970s strip shopping center once stood. The McCrone team provided engineering design, surveying, construction administration, and LEED project consultation for this University project. In 2011, Sea Gull Square received LEED Silver Certification.

McCrone is proud to be a part of such a significant project. We know that we helped to create a major cornerstone to the campus, and design team members will be reminded of it every time they pass by.
