McCrone was responsible for environmental design that included a step pool conveyance system that discharges into the environmentally-sensitive Cow Hide Branch adjacent to the site.  The site development also featured a green roof, pervious pavement and numerous bioretention areas.

Bill Warnock, PE, Project Manager, states, "We were so pleased how quickly the project came together. Our staff of engineers and surveyors was able to work in a multi-discipline environment and provide responsive and responsible design and construction services."
