The House Committee on Financial Services, Chaired by Representative Jeb Hensarling (R-TX), today released a meeting notice advising that several bills, including H.R. 4329, a bill to reauthorize the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act of 1996, will be considered for mark up at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 29 in an open session.

Representative Stevan Pearce (R-NM) introduced the reauthorization legislation, and has declared his intention to offer an amendment in the nature of a substitute (ANS) to H.R. 4329 during the mark up process.
