A Poem For You

In the early autumn of 2013 SAUW said goodbye to Board Members Lynn Cooper and Jennifer Bonilla-Baker. Cooper served as HR Chair and was nearing the end of her first three-year term, and Bonilla-Baker served on the Community Engagement Team and was in the middle of her second term. At the end of December Jared Hiatt ended his first term, having served on the Audit & Standards of Excellence Committee. Thank you for your service to the United Way and Salina community!

Welcome to Kristin Nulik who officially began her first term January 2014 but has been serving as HR chair since autumn 2013. Her term will expire December 2017. Joyce Volk was elected as next President of the Board, She will continue as Community Engagement Chair until her Presidency begins in January 2015. Chris Yohe is replacing Pat Wallerius as Treasurer, Wallerius will continue to serve on the Finance Committee. Kory Tinkler is replacing George Troutfetter as United Priorities Cabinet Chair, Troutfetter will continue to serve on UPC. The following leadership will continue: Kristy Balthazor as Board President, Raju Dandu on Audit & Standards of Excellence, and Evette Beckman on Campaign Cabinet. Thank you to each Board Member for your continued leadership and service to the Salina area!
