Georgia Legislature Week in Review

Week 8 of the 2016 session for education advocates focused on supporting the passage of SB 364 out of the House Education and Youth Committee. This critical educator evaluation and testing reform bill went through several changes from its hearing on Wednesday afternoon to passing on Friday morning. This week's episode also highlights the need for educators to voice opposition to two revenue bills that threaten to undo gains in education and public services budgets.
