Clean Up Day
Thanks to Nan Johnson for taking the helm in organizing our Clean Up Day on Saturday, April 3.  Sixteen hardy and young at heart souls took another big leap forward in cleaning up our land.  We picked up 11 tires, five bags of recyclable glass, and one enormous trailer full of trash.  By the end of the day we had also accumulated several large piles of separated metal, plastic, paint, and cinder blocks.  We had fun noticing evidence of the other wild ones who inhabit our land: notably foxes and bears, oh my!
Our website is better every day!

Nan Broadhurst has made beautiful strides in continuing to make our website informative and lovely.  She is ably supported by Bob Sabath, Leslie Williams, and others.  Here is Nan, Bob, and Lindsay on "website development day" last month.

In April, we made it onto TV when WHAG (the local Hagerstown NBC affiliate) did a story that aired on the 7th.
