FEATURED BUSINESS
OF THE MONTH

  Frederick Keys

We are pleased to announce that the FREDERICK KEYS are our featured business of the month.  The KEYS are one of the most successful and important businesses in the region.  The KEYS have won multiple awards, honors and they are always winners, most notably their four championships.  They contribute in so many ways to the Frederick community.

The KEYS will return for a third season in a row on AM1450 The Source, their flagship station, opening day Friday, April 5, 2013.  AM1450 will carry all 140 regular season games as well as post-season games, plus a weekly 1pm SATURDAY afternoon "KEYS CORNER" featuring coach and player interviews, stats, a look around the league and much more.

Adam Pohl, returning for his seventh season, welcomes home returning 2011 announcer, Tim Murray to join him in the booth this year. Together they will call all the home and away live game action for the fans on the radio.

We were honored when the FREDERICK KEYS asked us to be their flagship radio station in 2011.  The FREDERICK KEYS are a first-class organization and we are proud to once again partner with the KEYS in 2013 and celebrate their organization as our April business of the month!

Dear Loyal Listener,

April finally!  There is a welcome hint of Spring in the air now.  We just celebrated an early Easter this year.  What blessing to know the He is risen indeed!  The daffodils, crocuses and snowdrops are peaking through the drab, dreary landscape giving us the promise that warm weather is not too far behind.  April is a month of renewal and change.

We invite you to tune in to some of our new Spring programming.  Checkout the new lineup in this newsletter.  There is something for everyone!

And don't forget that one of the annual rites of passage that marks the beginning of Spring is baseball.  Opening day for our hometown Frederick Keys is April 5th first pitch at 7pm.  Checkout our sports inbox on our website wthu.org often to see upcoming games and special events.
