The public is invited to attend a series of forums featuring state legislators representing the Bentonville, Bella Vista, Rogers and Lowell areas. Learn about issues and public policy under consideration during the legislative session, meet with their representatives and participate in a question and answer session.
The Bentonville/Bella Vista and the Rogers-Lowell Area Chambers of Commerce will be co-hosting the State Legislative Forums during the upcoming session. These forums are open to the public and are intended to allow you to meet, answer questions and provide updates on public policy and legislation under discussion at the Capitol during the session.

The Urban Summit Series is designed to meet the needs of area businesses and to help them thrive. The series will focus on relevant topics that are important to business leaders and is all about education & interaction-sharing ideas, learning new techniques, expanding relationships, creating visibility and establishing new customers.
This quarter we will focus on Healthcare Reform. The landmark legislation Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) - popularly referred to as "ObamaCare" - passed in 2010 encompasses approximately 2,500 pages, creates over 159 new government institutions, and sets a timeline for phased implementation of employment-related provisions through the year 2018.
