IMPORTANT SURVEY
PLEASE RESPOND TODAY!
Have Your Say in Ontario's Future!
Exercise your voice! The Ontario Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Ontario's local chambers and Leger Marketing, is conducting a survey of leader/business opinion.
WHY IS THIS SURVEY IMPORTANT?
There is strength in numbers! We need a high response rate to support the network's advocacy at Queen's Park and beyond.
It takes less than three minutes to complete. All respondents are entered into a draw to win two amazing prizes:
- A BlackBerry PlayBook courtesy of Research in Motion Ltd., creators of the Blackberry solution.
- Two tickets to see The Who perform in Toronto on November 23rd, courtesy of Music Canada.
Your responses will help inform the Chamber's five year plan to create jobs and grow Ontario's economy. |

Darlington Nuclear Recipient Award of Excellence
Ontario Power Generation Darlington Nuclear recently received an Award of Excellence at the Annual Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO) conference in Atlanta, Georgia in recognition of a number of strengths identified in a recent peer review, including management and leadership; operator knowledge and skills; equipment performance and condition; and their response to Fukushima. The positive recognition Darlington Nuclear has received from industry peers is confirmation of their unwavering dedication to continuous improvement in operational excellence and safety that has made Darlington a world leader. It also reinforces the station's status as an excellent candidate for refurbishment. As a nuclear operator, Darlington staff is entrusted by station neighbours to operate their nuclear facilities safely, reliably, and with the utmost care and responsibility. This award reinforces that Darlington employees never take this responsibility for granted, and that they will continue to seek continuous improvement on their journey to excellence.
