Dear AMHS Community,
 
It's harvest time! In the spirit of giving thanks, we ask you all to help support AMHS. The Thanksgiving season is a time when family and friends come together combining tastes and techniques to make a delicious feast. It is in this spirit that Partners In Education (PIE) & the Academic Magnet Foundation (AMF) are joining efforts to feed our school's needs. Please help support AMHS by taking part in our "Thanks4Giving" fundraiser.
 
Excellent education is something we expect in our community, but we cannot count on public funding to provide the level of support that our school needs. Many of the programs offered at AMHS are not funded by the district. In order to continue these programs, and strive for excellence in all areas, we rely entirely on the generosity of our community for support. Some of the projects funded through your support of AMF & PIE include:
 
  • The Summer Scholar's Institute for rising freshmen
  • Continuing our College-level Chinese Language Program
  • Direct Teacher Support
  • Professional Development for our Teachers
  • Student Recognitions
  • Administrative Support

ANY amount is helpful-after all, it is the combination of every side dish, seasoning, and dessert that makes for a wonderful feast.
