PIE Update

Farewell Friends...HELLO New Board!

We have been truly blessed to have so many wonderful parents serve our school as members of PIE.  We would like to wish our "graduating parents" a great summer and a wonderful future as college parents.

Your graduates are so lucky to have parents who have been willing to give so much of their valuable time and attention to AMHS these past years.  Your examples will help to shape them into future community leaders and volunteers.

As for our next school year and the many opportunities available to serve on the PIE Board...THANK YOU, EVERYONE FOR THE AMAZING SPIRIT OF VOLUNTEERISM!  The PIE nominating committee had a terrific response from so many parents; we are excited to move forward into another great year of serving our school staff and students.

Christen Hall will remain as President, with TWO Vice Presidents who will be taking on tasks that will help PIE to move forward in the coming years.  A list of all the Executive Board and Committee Chairs is below.

Meanwhile, a PIE "Registration Task Force" will be hard at work to organize the registration (August 4-6) process for the next school year. Of course, CCSD dictates the forms and the documents, but we are hoping to help our parents by explaining what needs to be printed and filled out prior to standing in the line. Please check the AMHS web site in the next month for updates.

Have a great Summer; see you in August!
