Art After Hours

Thursday, May 19, 6-8 p.m.

Bring your lawn chairs to enjoy live music in the garden from Cabin Creek. Beer and wine will be available to purchase from Stafford County's Adventure Brewing and Potomac Point Winery and the UFO food truck will be selling sliders and fusion tacos.

This free event is open to the public, and a special invitation is extended to University of Mary Washington, Virginia Tech, and University of Virginia alumni to gather to renew friendships and introduce new friends to our museum and grounds. Co-sponsored by Stafford County Tourism.  For more information or to pre-register contact Meghan Pcsolyar at (540) 654-1830.
What's in Store?

Come in and see our new white ceramic vases, accented by deep purple anemones and elegant lavender wisteria inspired by Mrs. Melchers' garden.

New Traffic Pattern

The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) will close a Route 17 Business crossover in Stafford County at the intersection with Melchers Drive and Washington Street to reduce crashes and prevent additional injuries.

Belmont visitors will be able to take a right onto Rt. 17 and either take a right onto US 1 or make a U-turn at the light in order to travel north on Rt.17.
