Corporate Team Building
Boys in the Boat

CRI successfully hosted our first, Boys in the Boat experience, one of our newest team building offerings this past Sunday.  Crimson Aquatics, had 12 of their competitive coaches participate in this new specialized team building program to give their organization a shared experience to bring their team members together and solve some organizational challenges they were experiencing.  Our Coaches Nigel and Bode lead the discussion themes of rhythm, responsibility, communication, and mistakes and how those themes propagated in the book and also throughout their daily group interactions.  The group was  very excited about the outcome of their experience and their renewed energy working together as a team.

The Crimson Aquatics Director had this to say about his experience; "
As the group leader, this was great for me as well because the staff felt comfortable speaking up and gave me insight into their thoughts. The conversation where Bode scribe(d) his own thoughts on the white board very well demonstrated the expectations of a business and coaching staff. That allows me to have further conversations with employees that would have been difficult before this experience."

We would also like to thank our wonderful volunteers who made this all possible; Angela Nagelin, Margaret Boggie, Theodore Girard, Kelley Kassa, Philip Fontana, Cha Cha Wang and Theo Gimenez.  You were all patient, thorough, supportive, and made our client feel right at home. Thank you for volunteering.

#CRIRowStudio
 Drop-in for a Workout

Since we started the #CRIRowStudio in December last year we have had over 250 brand new people come into CRI who have never taken a class before! That is an incredible accomplishment. Normally in the winter we have very few new visitors join us, and these visits to the CRIRrowStudio don't include our current CRI members that have given it a go!

Due to this great success, and on recommendations from some of the members, we are adding mid-morning sessions on Monday & Wednesdays at 9:30am.

Please go to www.mindbodyonline.com to book a session for yourself and then tell all of your friends to do the same!
