CSA at CRI!!
Sign Up Today, Tuesday 4/28, 5-7pm at CRI



Siena farms will be offering a CSA pickup here at CRI starting this summer! A farm representative will be here on site to sign up interested families and individuals to the CSA Share next Tuesday 4/28 from 5-7pm. 

They will be able to answer all your questions and even offer a discount on the summer share we will offer at CRI. Pickups this summer will be on Mondays from 5-8pm. 

Look for flyers in the CRI lobby for more information.

For innovative and dynamic leaders, business owners and executives, Community Rowing, Inc. and Whit Mitchell will join together for an informational session on High Performance Leadership Development.

  • Explore why athletes benefit from competing and then ultimately succeed in their careers.
  • Learn how their lessons can be applied to improve your effectiveness as a leader.

First, you will get on the water using the best team building application available; rowing!  Then Whit Mitchell, Executive Coach, author and speaker will give a dynamic and engaging leadership presentation entitled "Ignite the Extraordinary".


Whit has worked with diverse groups of executives across Fortune 500 companies, regional businesses and small companies.  He has also partnered with Business Schools at Harvard, Dartmouth and Columbia University for their Executive Development Programs.  His highly interactive 60-min presentation is full of practical and fresh ideas for team dynamics, organizational culture and personal performance that can be applied to any leader seeking to improve his/her effectiveness. 


 

Attendees will also receive a copy of Whit Mitchell's book, Working In Sync.

10:30 - Arrive and introduction to coaches and rowing

11:00 - Meet on the dock and launch in rowing boats

12:00 - Finish rowing and change for presentation

12:15 - Lunch

12:30-1:30PM - Presentation, Ignite the Extraordinary

Spring has arrived! Summer is not far away! We are rowing again on the Charles River! 

We would like people to know that at CRI, scholarships are available for everyone who needs them. Many of our programs are full already, but we have space in Adult Learn to Row and Sculling 1, and all of our award winning Youth Summer programs, both recreational and competitive. 

Rowing is awesome, fun and for all!

Please help us get the word out that rowing programs are affordable and accessible to everyone, regardless of income. We hope each of you will tell a friend, neighbor, family member, your mailman or hairdresser that rowing is great!
