Championship Nutrition for YOU
Coaching Education Series

Please join us in two weeks on Tuesday night 4/21 at 6:30PM to hear Kelsea Gusk, CRI's Registered Dietitian, talk about Championship Week Menu Planning for athletes and coaches.
As part of CRI's monthly Coaching Education Series events, she will provide suggestions for foods and meals for individual athletes, teams, and coaches to help all perform at their best during championship races. All attendees will leave with food specific recommendations to take home and implement with for your upcoming championship race whether it be later this spring or in the summer.
CRI's monthly Coaching Education Series events always include food and drink with CRI coaches free and others just a $5 entry fee.

Spring has arrived! Summer is not far away! We are rowing again on the Charles River!
We would like people to know that at CRI, scholarships are available for everyone who needs them. Many of our programs are full already, but we have space in Adult Learn to Row and Sculling 1, and all of our award winning Youth Summer programs, both recreational and competitive.
Rowing is awesome, fun and for all!

First, you will get on the water using the best team building application available; rowing! Then Whit Mitchell, Executive Coach, author and speaker will give a dynamic and engaging leadership presentation entitled "Ignite the Extraordinary". Whit has worked with diverse groups of executives across Fortune 500 companies, regional businesses and small companies. He has also partnered with Business Schools at Harvard, Dartmouth and Columbia University for their Executive Development Programs. His highly interactive 60-min presentation is full of practical and fresh ideas for team dynamics, organizational culture and personal performance that can be applied to any leader seeking to improve his/her effectiveness.
Attendees will also receive a copy of Whit Mitchell's book, Working In Sync.
