CRI Military Rowing Head Coach

CRI Military Rowing welcomes our new Head Coach, Pat Larcom! Patrick Larcom is an ambassador for the sport of rowing and fitness. He rowed for the University of Vermont and has coached both the competitive juniors and adults teams. In 2012, Patrick graduated from the inaugural class of the Institute for Rowing Leadership at Community Rowing Inc.
Patrick is also the Head Coach of Renegade Rowing and a coach at CrossFit Boston. Join us in welcoming Pat to the CRI Military Rowing family!

These sturdy jackets are made out of Gortex, wear extremely well, sport a CRI crest on the left chest and personalization on the right sleeve: this can include first or last name only, first initial and last name or a nickname.
They run true to size and come in unisex sizes: S, M, L, XL and XXL. Not sure of which size to order? There are numerous athletes at the club who already own a jacket to try or email me.

Coxswains Needed
WeCanRow Boston
|
WeCanRow Boston is looking for a coxswain to join our dynamic program. Women Enduring Cancer Row (WeCanRow) is a wellness program for women who are breast cancer survivors. The program consists of approximately 35 active members with a range of rowing experience and physical ability. WCR aims to teach and improve rowing skills, build physical strength, and develop teamwork with women who have had similar cancer experiences. Please see the website for more details about the program itself (www.wecanrowboston.org).
We practice on Tuesday evenings from 6-8PM starting April 7th and ending on October 13th. We row out of the Boston University boathouse using a training barge, 8+s, and 4+s. Candidate should have experience coxing both novice and experienced rowers, be comfortable coxing on the Charles, be able to give technical feedback in the boat, and willing to commit to regular attendance.
