Varsity Boys HOCR - Great Rowing!!
Watch the Video!

Coach Will Congram proudly shares the exciting results of his boys Varsity 8+. Their finish was the best finish by any Varsity Boys' 8+ - 5th place, 13 seconds out of first.

The 4+ finished 12th, which was a significant improvement over their row last year.

The 2V 8+ finished 46th. Unfortunately they had to stop rowing under BU bridge.

There were 85 8s, and 85 4+s entered ... Nice work CRI Varsity Boys!!

Be sure to watch the video of the 1V8+!

Whatcom Crew
Tom Tiffany, Jane Hamilton, Mary Davis, Gail Wilienski,
Beverley Mayhew

Coxed by Tom Tiffany the Whatcom Sr. Masters women's 4+ launched and rowed from CRI. They passed two crews and were passed by no one.

Many times this crew thanked CRI for our hospitality and Tom tells us that for these ladies from NW Washington State, it was a dream come true to be on the Charles for the 50th HOCR.

We also need volunteers before and after to set up and take down for the brunch, and during the race itself as times, launch drivers, and a few dock hands.  Let us know at either of the emails above.

Thank you, Lynn and John

Tutoring/Academic Support

Row Boston is looking for volunteers to help our high school team members with academic work. Time commitment is 1 or 2 hours per week.
Tutors work one-on-one with students during large group study sessions.

Teaching/tutoring experience is helpful but not necessary! Current subjects especially needed are math (precalculus) and science (physics and chemistry), but all help is welcome!

For more info, contact Row Boston Academic Coordinator, Lane Lauriat, at: [email protected]
