Row 'The Prouty'
Saturday, July 13th

The Prouty, an annual fundraising event in Hanover, NH, is including rowers for the third year and is just a few weeks away. Join a group from CRI for this fun row while raising money for a good cause!

The Prouty is not a race, but a fun row where participants may choose to row 5, 10, 15 or 20 miles at their own pace on an up-and-back course on the bucolic Conneticut River. Both the start and finish takes place at the Dartmouth boathouse. Singles, doubles, quads and 8's are all welcome.

The Prouty is a great opportunity for non-racers and racers alike to enjoy a morning rowing at another venue with rowers from other clubs. Following the row, enjoy lunch and live music with bikers and walkers who also participate in the event.

Though there is no registration fee, there is a fundraising minimum asked of participants. For details, visit The Prouty webpage:

Final Request for Hosts
Housing for LTA Athletes
Thank you to all who have responded to house the top Paralympic rowers during the National Team Selection Camp hosted by CRI June 15th-30th.

We still need housing for a few more of the athletes that CRI will be hosting!
This is a great opportunity to support the Para-Rowing movement right here in Boston.

CRI is housing elite Para Rowing Athletes for potential selection to compete at the 2013 World Championships. We are looking for host-family housing during the Selection Camp, June 25-30 for athletes, and then potentially extend housing for those that are selected to represent the US at World Championships.

These athletes are independent, although some of them may be accompanied by a service dog during their stay.  If you are able to host an athlete, we would greatly appreciate it!

Thank you again for any assistance you can provide.
