Letter from the Chairman
Dear Friends,

I regret to announce that the Chamber's President, Bob Stimson, has resigned from his post effective March 31 to pursue other business interests.  Bob has made an incredible contribution to the Oak Cliff Chamber and the Oak Cliff community in the seven years he's served as President and his leadership will be missed.  The Chamber Board is in discussions with Bob to see if we can continue to work together on public policy issues that impact our Oak Cliff community.  At the Chamber's Annual Awards event in February, we announced a new annual award, the Bob Stimson Community Advocate Award, to recognize Bob's service to the Chamber and the Oak Cliff area.

Kiyundra Gulley, who has served as the Chamber's Chief Operations Officer for over 6 years, will now be leading the Chamber in our efforts to support our members and Oak Cliff.  With our new building at 1001 N. Bishop, we are now able to offer space for many events and programs offered by the Chamber that benefit our members and the business community.  If you or your business is in need of a meeting place, please call the Chamber, as members receive a discount on the use of our conference space.

I encourage you to visit our website to view the many Chamber programs and events that add value to your membership.  Upcoming is our annual Educator of the Year Awards on March 27 and our Annual Gala & Auction on May 30.

We welcome your input and suggestions on how the Chamber can help you and your business!

Sincerely,
Bill Evans, Dallas Zoo
2014 Chairman of the Board
Dear Chamber Members & Friends,

It is my honor and pleasure to be leading The Oak Cliff Chamber of Commerce!  In my seven years at the Chamber, I have been privileged to be mentored by our outgoing President, Bob Stimson, while working toward my graduation from the four-year program at The Institute of Organizational Management certified through the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

At the Oak Cliff Chamber, we have a team in a place that is organized and prepared to serve you.  Chelsea Klepfer (cklepfer@oakcliffchamber.org) continues to serve as our stellar Marketing Director, Amy Alburtis (memberservices@oakcliffchamber.org) is our Member Services Coordinator, and we have just welcomed to our team Elspeth Allen (eallen@oakcliffchamber.org) who brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and talent as our new Director of Development.

It is our intention to encourage the spirit of entrepreneurship we share, develop our focus to welcome and include Mayor Rawlings' GrowSouth Initiative, and provide additional resources with our Community Development Center and our Visitor's Area as we continue to be your advocate and voice in downtown Dallas.

Let us know how we can better serve you!

Yours in service,
Kiyundra Gulley
