Dear Dancers & Families,
  
Here it is almost Thanksgiving again. Each time we step into the studio we are reminded of how much we have to be grateful for. From our youngest preschoolers to our senior citizens, each dancer brings us countless hours of joy as do our faculty and staff who do so much to make us all feel like a family. You're all sincerely appreciated!

Undergarments
All dancers in multiple classes should wear a nude camisole leotard under costumes since there are no private dressing rooms backstage. Order one along with your performance tights.  Click here for more info.

Polar Express Project 
Child & Family Agency of SE CT
  
In lieu of holiday gifts for the faculty & staff, we invite you to donate a gift on our behalf to the CFA's Polar Express Project.  CFA has a Wish List which we've turned into a gift tree. To donate, just stop in at the studio to pick up a gift tag from our tree, attach it to your unwrapped gift, and drop it the studio on or before Tuesday, December 10th. We'll deliver all donations to CFA in time for the big day. Your participation is, of course, voluntary!

The CDE continues it's commitment to bringing dance to the community this holiday season with performances at Crescent Point (Niantic) & Atria at Crossroads (Waterford) on December 8th.  Residents will enjoy a 30 minute performance and visit with the dancers afterwards. The CDE will also carol and & give gifts to the residents at Briarcliff Manor in New London. 

 

One of the highlights at the CDE season will be performing in the  Kids for Kids Dancing for Life's "Makin' it Special" Christmas Show, a benefit concert for Toys for Tots, at North Haven High School.  The show begins at 3:00 pm on Saturday, Dec. 7th. Admission is a new unwrapped toy, valued at $10 or more, which will be donated to underprivileged children through the U.S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots program.
