264 The Grill, in the heart of Palm Beach for more than 35 years, serves prime steaks, chops, seafood, pasta and burgers. Try the Summer Lobster Explosion for $24.95. Lobsters are prepared several ways and include two sides: choices of soup, salad, starch and vegetables. Also popular is the Prix Fixe Sunset Three course Menu for $19.95 includes wine for $5. 264 is known for great entertainment. Friday and Saturday includes music and dancing. Sunday welcomes Jazz Jam.

Gulfstream Bistro and Seafood Market, has summer Lobster Specials: 1.25-pound steamed Maine Lobster with two sides, $16.95; Seafood Fra Diavolo (no side), $17.95; 1.25-pound twin steamed Maine Lobsters with two sides, $29.95; bottle house wine, $16.95. Lobster dinner specials must be purchased with any beverage.

Vic & Angelo's restaurant in Palm Beach Gardens is rolling out an ideal summer menu for two. The three-course sunset deal includes an individual entr�e, plus an appetizer and dessert to be shared with your dining companion. The menu is offered Monday through Sunday from 4 to 6 p.m.  Bonus: The meal includes a bottle of red or white wine per two diners. 

 

Limoncello has three-course meal for $21.95! Menu includes choice of an entree, a soup or salad, and American coffee with dessert. Entrees include veal, chicken, seafood and pasta. All orders must be placed by 6 p.m. Open 4:30-10 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday. 

Spoto's Oyster bar features Monday, 50 percent off select wines by the bottle, 5-10 p.m.; Tuesday, Lobster Clam Bake, 5-10 p.m., $25.75; Sunday, 2-pound lobster, 5-10 p.m., $36.75 or Market Price, which may be lower.

Portobello $14.95-$19.95  has an early dining special. Choose from more than 20 entrees, including veal, pasta, seafood and chicken. Includes soup or salad. House wine and well drinks, $4. Orders must be placed by 6 p.m. Open Tuesday-Saturday from 5-10 p.m. "Food A, Service A" by Liz Balmaseda, Food Editor of The Palm Beach Post.

The past six months have seen an amazing 52 closings!  Inventory remains exceeding low at 53 properties for sale.  Buyers continue to struggle to find the right membership and property combination.  The rental market for next year for those wishing to enjoy a full golf membership is essentially closed.  We continue to get lots of calls for a 2016 seasonal rental and regret to pass on the disappointing news.  Let us know if you would consider renting your property for a few winter months, perhaps to travel or to bring in income.  We can promise you top rental fees.
