Bon appetit! 264 The Grill, in the heart of Palm Beach for more than 35 years, serves prime steaks, chops, seafood, pasta and burgers. Try the Summer Lobster Explosion for $24.95. Lobsters are prepared several ways and include two sides: choices of soup, salad, starch and vegetables. Also popular is the Prix Fixe Sunset Three course Menu for $19.95 includes wine for $5. 264 is known for great entertainment. Friday and Saturday dance to The SWITZER TRIO. Sunday Jazz Jam. Aah Loi is the epitome of Thai and Sushi cuisine combined in one house. Aah Loi showcases the cuisine of Thailand through the eyes of Chef Charlie Soo, and the Asiatic styling of sushi by acclaimed Chef Roy Villacrusis. Enjoy 15 percent off your dine-in total, Sunday through Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. through Aug. 31 (excludes Happy Hour menu). Cod & Capers Seafood Marketplace and Cafe offers a complete variety of fresh fish and shellfish, thanks to daily deliveries from local fishermen as well as from fisheries all over the world. Join them on Wednesdays from 5-8 p.m. for their Summer Shrimp & Crab Party, featuring the popular One-Buck Shuck and plenty of shrimp, crab and seafood specials offered at $20 or less. Full dinner menu is also available. Del Frisco's Grille's dinner guests can enjoy an impressively generous three-course menu for $35, or the Triple Treat - their prime cheeseburger, choice of fries, and infamous Adult Milkshake - for $19.95. At the bar, patrons will be offered seven appetizers for $7 each until 7 p.m. Their signature summer cocktail, the Tito Classic Island Martini, will also be available for $8 all season long. Limoncello $21.95 Sunset Special has several entrees to choose from, including veal, seafood, chicken and pasta. The special also includes a choice of soup or salad, American coffee, and a dessert of the day. All orders must be placed by 6 p.m. Open Tuesday-Saturday from 4:30 to 10 p.m. Pelican Cafe gives 20 percent off entire dinner check Tuesday-Saturday from 5-6 p.m., or enjoy the following all-inclusive dinner specials for $19.95. Tuesday: Braised Short Ribs with Pappardelle Noodles; Wednesday: Mom Frangione's Spaghetti with Meatballs and Sausage or Rigatoni Bolognese; Thursday: Chicken Marsala with Wild Mushroom Wine Sauce, Potato and Vegetable; Friday: Parmesan Crusted Filet of Sole with Pasta or Potato. Specials include soup or salad, coffee and dessert.
Portobello $16.95 has an early dining special. Choose from more than 20 entrees, including veal, pasta, seafood and chicken. Includes soup or salad. House wine and well drinks, $4. Orders must be placed by 6 p.m. Open Tuesday-Saturday from 5-10 p.m. "Food A, Service A" by Liz Balmaseda, Food Editor of The Palm Beach Post, and named "One of the best 1,000 Italian restaurants in the country" by Zagat. Vic & Angelo's From July 1 through Aug. 28, diners can opt for the enticing Sunset Menu, featuring delicious and authentic Italian cuisine from 3 to 7 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Two diners can choose one salad, two entrees and one dessert (house-made tiramisu or cannoli) from this prix fixe menu for $24.95 (tax and gratuity are additional). The regular menu is also available. Daily Happy Hour features half-price on selected drinks and appetizers at the indoor/outdoor bars.

May and June saw an amazing 25 closings! Inventory remains exceeding low and Buyers continue to struggle to find the right membership and property combination. The rental market for next year for those wishing to enjoy a full golf membership is essentially closed.
