2013 BallenIsles Sales Summary

What a year!!!!  Compare this year's 92 sales with 69 in 2012 and 48 in 2009.  The trend is UP and there has been almost 20% increase in sales just this past year alone.  Inventory has has shrunk to 50 properties currently on the market but 116 were on the market this time last year.   Why?  Sellers have re-adjusted their expectations and prices have come way down.  Buyers have waited and now feel confident the price is right.  Compare the 2012 average list/sold price of $617,100/$540,300 and market time of 244 days to 2013 average list/sold price $581,572/$511,987 and average market time of 235 days.  Buyers have noticed the value and know the time to purchase is NOW.  Sellers have noticed that the time to move on or trade up is NOW!

Your choices range from Abaco grouper and dolphin to Florida spiny lobster and stone crabs.  They buy right off the fishing boats when available.

The Bait and Tackle shop has all the supplies for fishing and your days in the sun.
