Red Clay Writers Conference

This year, the 5th annual Red Clay Writers Conference will be held in the Social Sciences Building at Kennesaw State University. Unfortunately, we were unable to hold the conference in Savannah as planned; however, this means we can offer lower admission prices to the conference!

Keynote Speaker
Lynn Cullen, 
Mrs. Poe

The GWA is thrilled to announce Lynn Cullen as the keynote speaker for the upcoming Red Clay Writers Conference. Cullen's latest release, Mrs. Poeis an editor's pick for the Historical Novels Review. Named a 2013 Best Read by NPR and a Best Book 2013 by Atlanta Magazine, the novel "examines the fall of Edgar Allen Poe through the eyes of poet Francis Osgood."
Speakers and Critique Sessions
During the course of the conference, there will be eight, one-hour panels and two opportunities to have 10 pages of your manuscript critiqued. Critiques are an additional cost at registration and are sold on a first-come basis. For more information on these critiques, click here.
