Upcoming Workshops

Writing Through Grief

Saturday March 15, 2014 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Jessica Handler, author of Braving the Fire, will share with attendees her experience in writing about grief and trauma. While retelling a painful or otherwise traumatic past can be a cathartic experience, workshop attendees will also learn ways to communicate these experiences in a way that creates a powerful connection with the reader.

This workshop will be held at the Decatur Public Library and is free and open to the public.
