Although we may not realize it, we're introduced to fantasy reading at an early age...the first time we enjoy a Grimm's Fairy Tale or a Disney classic full of magic, mystical creatures and difficult journeys. But as we get older our reading becomes...less fantastic. But why settle for romances that takes place in staid old settings like New York City or Texas when we can watch love unfold on an incredible mountain populated by creatures that can fly, read minds, and conjure up magical spells? In a world like this the bad guys can be so much more evil, the heroes can overcome seemingly impossible obstacles and the beauty can take our breath away. If it's been quite a few years since you first entered into a fantasy world, it's time to return to see what's awaiting adults with fantasy romances such as Lawna Mackie's Perfect Misfits.
Stop by The Muffin today for an interview with Lawna Mackie and enter to win a copy of Perfect Misfits! The giveaway closes on Friday, December 14th at 12:00 am EST, so don't miss out. Tweet about this great giveaway using the hashtag #LawnaMackie.
Bloggers: If you'd like to join in on this tour, we have a few dates left. Also, be sure to check out the upcoming tours section below. E-mail us to join in!
Authors: If you have a book you need help promoting your book, send us an e-mail and ask about our blog tour rates and author promotion specials. This is our last blog tour of the year, but we are looking forward to 2013!
Write on!

Lawna lives in Didsbury, Alberta with her husband and her animal companions Dozer, Daisy and Mandarin. She loves mountains and water...almost as much as she loves fairy tales.
Although she read her first romance as a teenager it was years later--when she stumbled across a paranormal romance--that she knew she had found her passion. Lawna spent years telling friends the wild dreams she had and occasionally would try to craft them into stories, but more often than not, they would end up in the recycling bin. Then one summer she challenged herself to just sit down and WRITE. So she did. Four books later, Lawna is still writing.

Perfect Misfits
By Lawna Mackie
Ryder, commander of the Levarian legion of gargoyles, has a problem. He keeps dreaming on duty . . . and falling . . . neither of which gargoyles ever do. Driven to find the woman and the reason for his bizarre dreams, he lets himself fall . . .
He lands in a place he never knew existed and face to face with the woman of his dreams.
Labeled a misfit, Tempest was snatched away as a child and imprisoned in the hidden realm of Misfit Mountain.
