CTA MARKETING 101 ~ WEBSITE TIPS

YOUR CTA WEBSITE IS AN IMPORTANT PART OF GETTING INFORMATION TO YOUR LOCAL AREA!

Have your social media links available
on your website

  • Post important registration and event dates on social media outlets at least three times prior to deadline
  • Make sure you include links to sign up
  • Make sure your social pages "like" and "follow" local media, organizations and facilities social pages
  • Like and share their content when you think it will be interesting to your audience

Provide a yearly calendar on your website

  • Provide dates for upcoming adult league opportunities, junior team tennis,
    social events, etc.

Make sure to keep your content relevant and up to date

  • Add something new every 7-10 days, even if it's one piece at a time
  • Make a point to delete old/past information on a regular basis
  • Registration info can stay up until deadline, but stories, photos, etc should be up about 10-15 days at the most

Keep it simple

  • Do not fill media wall with info, just to fill info
  • People would rather see 3 relevant topics than 5 irrelevant pieces
