We have been working hard on getting our technology up to today's standards, and thanks to supporters like you, we are now positioned to better serve those in need in the four counties we are present in- Santa Cruz, San Benito, Monterey, and San Luis Obispo.

Our small staff of 12 full-time employees receives nearly 200 calls a day during peak periods! The agency has tailored a

new Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP)

phone system to enhance service to our clients. The new system will save the agency thousands of dollars in long distance phone charges and callers within the Diocese will still be able to reach us via a local number.

  

With a rather generous donation of software and cloud based storage, we have moved off of a traditional server and into Microsoft's web-interface 365. Why is this so important? Well, it all boils down to money and downtime. Microsoft 365 guarantees less than 1% downtime, so instead of dealing with the frustrations of the "server being down," we can be out there doing what we love to do most- serving clients! In addition to doing business more efficiently, we are also saving thousands of dollars in server updates, just by allowing Microsoft to host our services. The best part- it's 100% FREE!
