Armonk resident Sam Morell returns to the stage
Sam Morrell of the Small Town Theatre Company
Armonk man about town Sam Morell returns to the stage with the Small Town Theatre Company this spring in Lyle Kressler's Pinteresque black comedy
Orphans. Sam last displayed his great comic timing in the lead role of STTC's 2012 production of Neil Simon's The Prisoner of Second Avenue. Here he directs and plays the lead role of Harold, who is kidnapped by two orphans. Turns out Harold is a gangster and an orphan himself. So when he pulls his pistol on them, he gets the upper hand, becoming in turn both the alpha male and the father they never had. More on this and our complete Spring Theatre line-up right here.
