Banksy’s “Sirens of the Lambs” Video Goes Viral
World-renowned artist Banksy recently took to the streets of New York City’s meat-packing district with a powerful new mobile installation: “The Sirens of the Lamb.” This “slaughter-bound truck” is loaded with animatronic stuffed animals who are seemingly screaming in fear. Calling attention to the horrific realities forced upon farmed animals, the video of this heart-wrenching display has been viewed more than three million times!

COK at Paris Vegan Day
For the first time, COK participated in the ever-growing Paris Vegan Day, an international celebration of plant-based eating in France! COK’s Elena Johnson was on-site in Paris earlier this month to present two cooking demonstrations highlighting how easy it is, no matter your language, to transform traditionally meat-laden dishes into delicious vegan meals using protein-packed meat alternatives.
