Whole Foods Starts Phasing Out Egg-based Mayo
Last week, Whole Foods throughout Northern California began phasing out egg mayo used in its prepared foods departments by replacing it with Just Mayo, a new 100% plant-based product from Hampton Creek Foods! That means all deli items and prepared foods typically made with egg-based mayonnaise will automatically be made with Just Mayo instead. And, if the demand is there, this change could happen at stores nationwide.
