Starting tomorrow, Feb. 12, select San Francisco-area Chipotle locations will be dishing out a vegan sofritas (shredded tofu) burrito! This national restaurant chain’s decision to test out a hearty animal-friendly menu further illustrates the increasing consumer demand for more meat-free options in the marketplace. Be sure to thank Chipotle and ask the company to offer this vegan option nationwide!
