LA City Council Passes Meatless Monday Resolution

After COK met with several city council members about the benefits of vegetarian eating, this past Friday, Los Angeles became the largest US city to adopt a resolution encouraging residents to participate in Meatless Monday! The resolution passed unanimously and has garnered significant media attention including features in USA Today, Huffington Post and NBC-LA.
