    Italian Baroque sonatas and capriccios will be heard from cellist Charles Ash while you while you enjoy a buffet with refreshments near a warming wood fire.
    Alluring art, period antiques and decorative objects, as you know, are our source of joy and excitement. Abundant offerings for Holiday decorating and gifts will be found including Louis XV, George III, American Chippendale, and Italian Baroque 18th century furniture. Other possible enhancements for your home are: a George III rent table, an inlaid chess table, two large gilt pier mirrors, signed oil paintings by American and Continental artists, comfortable chairs, Delft, nautical oils and much more.
 

   Below, a handsome English Regency mahogany rent or library table circa 1810-30. For your convenience, the entire top with four drawers and four false drawers rotates on the urn turned pedestal. A dark green leather and gilt embossed surface is above the fluted sabre leg base with brass cap castors. H. 29" d. 41.5".   $ 3950.


  A stylish floral decorated box from a local collection, circa 1880's Art Nouveau style in brass with a mahogany liner. Possibly English. H. 3", w. 9", d. 5". $95. 

  A Holiday gift for wine lovers! Patinaed bronze wine cups on black marble bases are cast with a lively Bacchanal scene incorporating fawns, robed women and Bacchus. Various pitchers and chalices are detailed.  H. 7", d. 3.15". $560 the pair.




 A charming 19th century painted wood " Antiques" shop sign with later layered paint. Steel banded rim and scroll decoration with steel ring hangers. Ex-Sotheby's N.Y.  H. 23.5",  w. 45".  $450.
