 An American ogee foot slant front desk, ca. 1760-90, with a desirable carved oxbow front. Rare in a small size, h. 40",w. 37.75", d.19".

An American oil on canvas by James T(?). Hill, signed, and dated 1870. Fairly large and with an appropriate gilt frame, the artist painted this "owner's " piece with distant buildings and horses. All is done in a colorful, capable manner. H. 28" w. 39".

 Like an exotic flower as far a interest goes, this bone or ivory small box is is carved with extensive details in architectural form. 19th century, likely India. H. 5.25", w. 10", d. 7".
