Greetings,
Our Fall Open house will be tomorrow, Saturday, September 20th, from noon to 5:00 pm.
Please join us for the fun. We promise art and antiques that will tempt you including American, English, Continental, and oriental objects from the 17th, 18th, and 19th centuries with a bit of the early 20th century as well.
Above, a masterpiece 18th century French Regence commode in the sophisticated urban style with a bowfront case featuring marquetry overall with a stepped brass molded rim above fine ormolu mounts and pulls. Polished to a beautiful tone, this dramatic masterwork will prompt your best thoughts of beauty and appreciation. As you know, collecting fine objects is not just about acquisition, but a means to a fuller, richer life.

I couldn't resist this folk art version of an early 20th century American Army Air Corp biplane. In white and red paint with insignia, this is bold in the details and size (length 32", height 18"). Appealing as a sculpture atop a chest or hung from above, you can inspire childhood dreams anew. Please do visit tomorrow if you are able and keep in touch as we keep looking for the unique and interesting.
Directions from the Mendota Bridge: Left lane eastward on #110 for about three miles to left on Delaware, then one mile south to a left turn at Salem Church Road. Our driveway is the third one on the left after the speed bump. Stay left at the fork in the driveway. 343 Salem Church Road, fire #937A.
We look forward to seeing you!
Bob and Christine
