     As Fall approaches, be sure to have a cozy wing chair near. Picture yourself in this tapestry type covered chair with a good book and a warming fire. This is an American Hepplewhite type example with tapering legs in a dark varnish stain in birch with a massive framework including 2" by 3" seat frame members with pine blocking. This is the original, circa 1785-1810. Don't let a copy spoil your authentic day. $975 for the alert. H. 47", w. 32.5".


Below, these Italian 18th or early 19th century Italian provincial chairs in a set of four are sturdy examples with cabriole legs, serpentine aprons, and strap-work backs.

Below, the chair of the early Rococo in walnut is shown here in this so-called "Queen Anne" backstool, circa 1725. Bold cabriole legs with block and turned stretchers are in old finish. Ready as pull up chair in you living room with a proper damask cover H. 37.5',w. 21.5". $665.



Pair of elegant French Directoire silvered bronze candlesticks, circa 1800 and with fine details. H. 10.5'. $325 the pair and ready for your mantel.

A 19th century Sheffield lamp with an engraved crest now wired as a lamp for over your pianoforte keyboard. Overall height 22.5", $325.

This 19th century verde marble pedestal rests on an octagonal base and has leafage carving on a medial ring with petals atop. The white areas are painted . H. 33". $245.
