#776-7. A Southern walnut Hepplewhite games table circa 1790-1820 with a gold embossed leather inset surface. An folding overhang top is a above a central case with a hidden compartment over square tapered legs. Walnut secondary wood. No major repair. H. 28", w. 33 ½", d. 16 ½". $1395.

#774-5. A small Rhode Island Goddard-Townsend school swing leg folding top games table, circa 1760, cherry. In typical form by this maker, with a boldly shaped serpentine top above a case with a central drawer and supported by molded Chippendale type square legs. Note: slightly reduced height and remnant of a likely Job Townsend chalk signature on drawer side. H. 27", w. 32", d. 15 1'2". $555.
