The colors are vivid and fresh in this calm view of this celebration as the three ships fly the colors. The original birdseye frame and silver gilt liner are intact with the old pine backboards and label from the framer. Original wavy glass. Overall size is 24 1/2" by 30". The Hepplewhite legs are mounted on a separate stand (original) with brass castors. Underneath is a spigot for draining the water after your ice has melted.
