Greetings,

Please plan on a spring visit to see our latest collections from travels and local discoveries. Relax with other antiques adventurers and enjoy viewing our latest antiques and art including oil paintings of the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries (van Haarden, Hugo Possner (CA), others), Georgian dining and card tables  (several with outstanding inlays),  crystal sconces, French bronze Rococo sconces, a highly inlaid small Hepplewhite sideboard (pictured here), an American fan back Windsor, lamps, oriental rugs and  an Italian hall bench from the estate of Arturo Toscanini.

The radiant satinwood Hepplewhite card table above is full of bandings and line inlays, all with a mellow old color. Minor repairs as expected. English 1785-1810, 36" width.

This Russian ship's portrait is signed by August Laschke and dated, 1866, with the inscription "Mars von Petersburg."  It has good detail with figures shown working on deck. It retains the original walnut frame.  Overall 29" by 41".

Hugo Possner is a California artist and lived from 1859 to 1933.  This work, Peaches Spilling from a Straw Hat, retains its original bronze colored framing and is a robust and colorful work. Overall size is 27" by 32'. Signed lower right.

Enlargeable images of any items promptly supplied at your request.
