Greetings!
The last candy bar has been tricked, the costumes have been put away, the real monsters have begun to emerge, (the "Mo" Movember mustaches!) and thoughts are beginning to turn to snow tires and the pending holidays.
There are less than 45 days until Christmas and the naughty and nice lists have begun. Unfortunately however, Canadian households do not have the luxury of running deficit budgets year over year. While governments have the ability to offset increases in spending by increasing tax revenues, households must make do and maximize the income that is available to them. Be cautious not to take on too much additional debt this holiday season. Spending quality time with family, friends and those less fortunate is more rewarding then spending extravagant dollars that may take us months to payoff and reduces the success of reaching our long term goals.
Wishing you and your families the very best,
Karen, Richard, Janet, Ingrid and Sheila |
