Giving is at the core of the holiday season. It's a large part of what makes this time of year truly magical. From giving thanks to giving gifts, we intentionally pause to look outside ourselves and appreciate others. No matter what kind of year we've had, what could be better than to close the calendar time and time again with a burst of selfless generosity?
Even as we wind down 2015 enveloped in a spirit of giving, Second Chance Inc. is grateful for your benevolence throughout the year. Some of you donated items for reuse or a house for deconstruction. Many of you purchased products in support of our nonprofit mission. A few of you made financial contributions, like on Giving Tuesday, while others cheered us on and championed our cause. Finally, some even rolled up their sleeves to volunteer in one of a variety of capacities.
With the year close to ending, how can we not say THANK YOU for your year-long giving spirit! Your contributions enable us to provide others with meaningful hope, empowering job training, discounted materials, a healthier planet and more. May we all re-discover the wonder of giving this holiday season, and may our hearts be full of joy because of it!Gratefully,

We are delighted to announce Bill Goodhand's recognition by the Baltimore Raven's "Community Quarterback Award" program. Bill invests his heart and skills 15-20 hours weekly in mentoring, retail projects and loss prevention.
