Greetings!
We trust you've had a great summer! It sure has been a busy three months around here. We continue to train displaced workers, salvage tons of quality material that would otherwise end up in the over-burdened waste stream, and receive quality donations from our wonderful customers. New inventory comes in (literally) by the truckloads every day!
After a year and a half in our new location at 1700 Ridgely Street in south Baltimore, we finally feel at home. We've made a lot of improvements already, and yet we constantly strive to improve your shopping experience.
The next time you're here, notice a few of the changes we've made. For one, larger and clearer department signage hangs from the ceiling to help you navigate the 200,000 sq ft warehouse.

When you mill about the store, you'll notice a couple specialty area vignettes. Later this year we'll be opening what we're currently calling "The York Room," a new section that will showcase a selection of home furnishings. The new entrance will also serve as an art gallery of sorts.

As you check out, you'll notice monitors displaying SC TV. Watch the multimedia display to learn key information about and from Second Chance.

Finally, our new Virtual Tour (to the right) presents the "big picture" of what to expect when you come to the store.
If you have other ideas about how we can better serve you, feel free to share them with a manager the next time you're in. Your thoughts and support remain essential to the success of our mission!
