Hello Friends...
Yes! We will be OPEN Memorial Day Weekend! We know that many of you can only visit us on your days off, so we're keeping the doors open every day of the week.
Second Chance appreciates the longlasting relationship with the Mayor's Office of Employment Development (MOED). Back in 2003 they helped us begin our workforce development and job training program, and have continued to contribute to our mission by sending us trainees. Kudos to Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake for keeping MOED strong!
We also would like to thank Benhoff Builders, Kitchen Concepts, and Dominion Properties for each facilitating VERY generous amounts of donated cabinets, kitchens and other building materials. Keep it coming!

Donors of the month...
Dominion Properties called because they were moving warehouses and wanted to donate some excess building materials. Turned out to be 2 FULL trucks of cabinets, appliances, ceramic tile, hardwood, trim, lights, and more. THANK YOU Dominion Properties for all the great stuff!! |
