Hi!! I wanted to thank you for the awesome ribbon cutting ceremony last night. My guest commented on the how they were impressed with the Chamber staff and Board members. They said they would never get this from the Dallas Chamber!! A lot of our colleagues never thought much about Cedar Hill but they do now!!!! Don't be surprised if more people relocate to Cedar Hill. You all work so hard to make us feel wanted in the community and you make us feel we have been friends for years. You made the party last night a success!!! Again, thank you soooo much and please pass this on to the Board Members!! Linda, HRO Architects, LLC. |

Greetings!
It's July already and the Cedar Hill Chamber has lots of things going on. We are still selling raffle tickets for a chance at a wonderful trip package. Please call the Chamber today and buy one for only $100.00. This is part of our largest fund raiser and we want to have the drawing soon so the winner can take a great vacation. (Only 16 tickets left.)
Many of the Chamber activities will be canceled during the month of July so make sure you check your calendar for activities that you may be interested in. There will be a networking lunch at Panera Bread on July 2 at 11:30. Take this opportunity to come and network with other business owners. There will also be an Experience Cedar Hill Event on July 18th at Northwood University featuring Peace Through Business.
Planning is underway for the annual golf tournament which has been rebranded to the Cardio Shack Open. We will be partnering with Methodist Charlton Hospital for this annual event. It will be at the Golf Club of Dallas on October 26 so mark your calendar now and plan on participating.
Planning has already started for the 12th Annual Taste of Cedar and Business Expo. This year's Taste will be held at the Cedar Hill Rec Center on Tuesday September 3rd. If you would like to help with this event or be a vendor, contact Michelle at the Chamber.
The Chamber staff is there to help you. Please call if you have questions or need information about how you can be more involved. Hope to see you at some of the upcoming events. Have a great summer!
Chairman, Tom Kennedy |
