• The Rose Bowl Stadium opens at 6:30 a.m. 
• The UCLA Fan Zone opens in Area H at 8:30 a.m.
• Stadium gates open for all patrons at 11 a.m.
• Kickoff is scheduled for 12:30 p.m.

Estimated attendance: 60,000+

Heavy traffic expected as early as 10 a.m.

Central Arroyo impacts and times

• Brookside Golf Course & Restaurant and Kidspace will be closed on Friday, November 28.
• The Rose Bowl Aquatic Center will open at 5:30 a.m. and close at 8:30 a.m.
• Recreational activity around the stadium will be discontinued at 4:30 a.m.
• The equestrian loop will remain open.

To keep the lines of communication open during major events, you can get information or help in several ways.

• APEX is here ... and there: APEX, an event management company, serves as a neighborhood liaison during all major ("displacement") event days. APEX staff will be stationed in Arroyo-facing neighborhoods to respond to event-related issues as they arise. To reach an APEX representative, call (626) 397-4141. 
• It's all on the calendar: The Pasadena Special Event Office has established a Centralized Arroyo Calendar to assist residents in and around the Arroyo to find out when events and other activities are scheduled. The calendar includes information about the Rose Bowl Stadium, Kidspace Museum, the Rose Bowl Aquatic Center and Brookside Clubhouse.
