Help is here.

These concerts are an integral part of the plan to bring financial solvency to the Stadium. To keep the lines of communication open, the Rose Bowl Stadium has created several ways for you to get information or help, should you need it.

  • APEX is here ... and there: The Rose Bowl has retained the services of an event management company, APEX, to serve as a neighborhood liaison on all major ("displacement") event days. APEX staff will be stationed in Arroyo-facing neighborhoods to respond to event-related issues as they arise. To reach an APEX representative, call (626) 397-4141.
  • Click on the icon for info: To ensure all residents of the Arroyo neighborhoods have access to information about stadium events, visit the Rose Bowl website and click on the "Neighborhood Information" icon (below).
