New to the store! We're pleased to add a new product this week: Organic, Grass-Fed Sharp Cheddar Cheese from McCluskey Bros, the same folks who bring you the organic maple syrup we offer. The McCluskey brothers and their families farm 800 acres of pasture and woods at Shillelagh Glen Farm, near Hillpoint, WI, where they grew up and where their family has farmed for over 125 years. This cheese is

• certified organic and 100% grass-fed
• made only from the milk of their single herd of 60 or so Holstein, Normande, and Jersey milking cows
• rGBH-free and GMO-free, and made without animal enzymes
• produced in separate (single-herd) batches by Cedar Grove Cheese Company
• a white cheddar aged at least one year, and sold in random weight one-lb packages
