Give the gift of local food this holiday. Our online store can help you with your office gift exchange, a hostess gift, or gifts for your friends and family near and far. Salsas, jams, Bloody Mary mix, soups, and more from our kitchen--or syrup, honey, sunflower oil from our partner farms. Enjoy the convenience of home delivery with your CSA box at no extra charge. And for a more substantial gift that will last well into the new year, consider a CSA share! Don't hesitate to give Robin a call if you have any questions.

First, enjoy it raw. Just cut off a wedge and eat it. It might just surprise you. Then for an easy and tasty hot side dish, try it Buttered or Oven Roasted (or another version with lemon). And coleslaw definitely
has its place as a cold side dish or even as a condiment, and has the added benefit of using up some of those carrots you've been accumulating.

Newsletter archives are updated! Check them out--three years' worth of Chris's farm notes, photos, recipes and more.
